Buying or selling a home can be a daunting task.  There is a lot to consider and everyone’s situation is different. My partner Greta and I work seamlessly together to ensure our clients enjoy the best possible real estate experience. Our strengths are in educating clients about the buying and selling steps, anticipating and resolving challenges along the way, and bringing the best deals to the closing table.  When our clients walk into the closing ceremony, they are fully prepared. More than that, we want to be your Forever Agents by keeping you informed about the market, providing helpful information about your new community, answering all your real estate questions, and with your endorsement, helping your friends and family with their moves when the time comes. 

 

We know what we are talking about, having bought, sold, and rented homes ourselves over the years. I did it in several states too, and each one handled things differently. That is why I decided to become a Realtor - to help others burst through the veil of uncertainty that comes with dealing with real estate transactions. We keep current by attending regular training and real estate meetings and conferences.
